Trough angle adjustable electric unloading device is a renewed product from the old type unloading device. It overcomes the bad phenomenon of easy to wear, slow in movement, material easy to overflow of old type unloading device, and because of its deputy colter device, making the unloading more clear. This device takes the electric push rod as a power, and uses a control box to achieve and finish the rod movement. When it unloading materials, rod moving, the colter fall down, and the trough idler roller become parallel, supporting the conveyor belt. When it does not work, the trough idler roller return to its angle and the parallel idler roller down to a suitable height, making the material moving smoothly. This device widely used in power plant, coal and mining industrial belt conveyor shunt unloading.
