Usage:

  TDSL Type moving powder and bag dual-propose belt conveyor is used to conveying grain, or used for grainy goods conveying, loading and unloading, stacking, storing and some other warehouse matters. It can be used in the warehouse or in the open air, and it can be used with several moving belt conveyors or used with other warehouse machineries together.

Performance characteristics:
1. Type TDSL•50•5, TDSL•50•7, TDSL•50•8, and TDSL•50•10 are hand gear reducer lifting, with simple structure and safety lifting. But TDSL•50•18 and TDSL•50•20 are automatic lifting.
2. Moving belt conveyor has quick and slow 2 kinds of speed, to adapt to the different requirements of powder and bag conveying. Which increase the utilization of the equipment, and develop the multi-propose performance of one machine.
3. On the two sides of the belt conveyor installed pipe tubes to prevent the grain bags falling, and on the two sides of feeding hopper installed regulating handle, which can handle up the side plate prevent the grain leaking, convenient for grainy grain conveying.
4. The big and small wheels on the belt conveyor are solid rubber tire, to prevent crushing grain and warehouse ground.
5. The big and small wheels have ball bearings, and the small wheels have the function of automatic turnaround, which confirms the conveyor moving portably and flexibly.
6. The conveyor frame is welding net structure, which has enough intensity and good rigidity during conveying.
